TCPA / SMS Terms

When you submit a contact form with your phone number and check the consent box, you agree to receive communications from A.I. Consulting LLC via phone, SMS, or email, consistent with the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related state laws.

1. What you're consenting to

• Replies to your inquiry via the channel you provided.
• Scheduling follow-ups for the discovery call you asked for.
• Occasional (at most monthly) updates on projects relevant to your stated interest.

2. What you're NOT consenting to

• Marketing broadcasts.
• Sharing your info with third parties.
• Auto-dialed calls.

3. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any SMS, click the unsubscribe link on any email, or email privacy@bademode24.net. We honor opt-outs within 24 hours.

4. Hours

We don't contact you outside 8am–9pm in your local time zone, per TCPA quiet-hours rules.

5. Carrier disclosure

Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for messages; your carrier may.
